Budget airline JetBlue Airways intends to offer twice daily flights from Fort Lauderdale to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, the company announced Thursday.
Travelers from Port-au-Prince will be able to connect to other destinations including Boston, New York and Washington, D.C., from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, the company said.
Once approved by the government, JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ: JBLU) hopes to begin serving Haiti’s Toussaint Louverture International Airport on Dec. 5. The airline will also offer a daily nonstop flight from John F.
