Whomever, become the president of the Republic of Haiti. Who the senates and deputies will pick to be the Haitian prime minister for the president? In my opinion, I think the senates and deputies have too much power in the hands for choose the prime minister for the president that will create a chaos and corruption.

If we want Haiti to move forward we have to start from the top to bottom mean to eliminated corruption and money hungriest. You have to remove this power from the Senates and Deputies by let the president chose his own Prime Minister doing the presidential campaign. That means those 2 have worked together and have the same plan without any pressure from the chambers. That is the first step to a better country.
